West Bengal is ready for the final of the power game as the final stage of the general election will take place today, April 29th. A total of 283 candidates, including 35 women, are fighting in the final phase of the polls in West Bengal.

In phase 8, 35 constituencies of the Assembly, spread over four constituencies, will vote, six of which are in Malda, eleven in Birbhum, eleven in Murshidabad and seven in Kolkata.

More than 84.77 lakhs of voters, including 41.21 lakhs of women and 158 Transgender people, would cast their votes in up to 11,860 polling stations.
